HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO RENT A BOX?​
we currently offer short trip and week long packages for hire with additional days available to bolt on
SHORT TRIP HIRE - 3 day hire charged at £25.00 including Vat
WEEK LONG HIRE - 7 day hire charged at £45.00 including Vat
ADDITIONAL DAYS - Each additional day is charged at £6.00 per day Including Vat
Please note that we also require a refundable deposit of £100.00 before we can release any of our boxes for hire. This will be refunded on the day the box is returned

ARE YOUR BOXES SAFE TO TAKE ON AIRLINES?
Our boxes conform to all the latest baggage handling restrictions and are accepted by all commercial airlines. They would generally be booked in as additional baggage when booking your flight, usually as sports equipment but we adivse you to contact your airline directly to enquire

IS THE BOX INSURED ONCE I HAVE HIRED IT?
We advise all customers to travel with travel insurance when going abroad as many provides include luggage and equipment insurance (do check this with your provider however!) Our only insurance is the £250.00 deposit that we take from you on hire

CAN I BOOK MY HIRE IN ADVANCE?
Yes, hire can be booked up to 6 months in advance

HOW CAN I CHECK WHICH DATES YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
Please contact us either by email or phone to enquire in to available dates

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY BOX ONCE I HAVE AGREED HIRE?
Boxes can be collected on your first day of hire between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Please note this would need to be a week day as we are closed on weekends

ARE YOU ABLE TO DELIVER THE BOX TO ME?
Yes we are able to deliver our boxes to you. We deliver using our own transport within our local area, All deliveries outside of this will be handled by our reputable couriers. Please contact us to discuss delivery options

HOW DO I PACK MY BIKE IN TO THE BOX?
Minimal disassembly is required when using our bike boxes. There are instructions included in the box which will show you exactly how to pack your bike
